The MBA – Executive pathway aims to train the new generation of leaders who will be able to meet these challenges.

This program is aimed at people who have responsibilities within an organization and who have a professional development project towards new functions involving leadership and human skills. It is designed to adapt to the lives of professionals in post or in professional transition. It offers 2 intakes per year, 4-day face-to-face sessions every 6 weeks and online preparatory modules.

The IÉSEG MBA – Executive course is AMBA accredited.

This course is accessible through Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE). It can be validated in full or in part (skills blocks).

The MBA – Executive track is part of the IÉSEG MBA HUB, which offers three different specializations: an Executive track, an International track and a Leadership & Coding track. By joining one of the MBA HUB tracks, participants benefit from common modules, a Career program designed for their professional career, a learning expedition common to the three tracks as well as networking moments with companies.
