Insper’s MBA programmes are designed for a target population that meets two basic criteria:
- Adequate work experience and maturity that allow participants to contribute effectively to the classroom discussions that are typical of an MBA programme;
- Diversity, in terms of professional activity, in order to facilitate the exchange of experiences and viewpoints.
Insper’s EMBA programmes aim to provide a generalist, systemic and integrated body of business-applied knowledge and to develop leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. The programmes are permeated by a generalist or general management orientation, which are enhanced through case and real problems discussions.
The Executive MBA’s mission is to prepare professionals with solid academic background and extensive professional experience to be able to develop, acquire and/or apply knowledge and tools to solve business problems, to make decisions and achieve superior results, enabling them to become leaders and proceed to a successful executive or entrepreneurial career.
