John Molson School of Business’ part-time MBA studies management practices from an interdisciplinary perspective, allowing students to consider the ‘bigger picture’ when it comes to understanding what business is and what employers want.

The three-and-a-half to four year long MBA provides 15 credits of in-class and experiential, project-based electives, allowing students to tailor their program in any way they choose. The core of the program offers an overview of business administration in 10 courses (30 credits), plus an online “On-ramp” focused on the quantitative aspects of business administration which must be completed before the start of the semester.

Students can create a schedule that fits their needs, choosing from morning, afternoon or evening classes, while having access to the same class schedule options as full-time MBA students. However, please note that the part-time MBA option is open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

The average salary amongst graduates is $90,200 with 93 percent of graduates living and working in Canada after graduation, and 85 percent finding employment within three months of graduating.

Graduates have gone on to work in a wide-variety of industries and roles, including IT/high-tech, financial services, consulting, non-profit, manufacturing, consumer products, marketing, and engineering.
