STEM-Designated Program

Kogod's STEM-designated MBA program is designed to develop the management, technical, and business leadership skills you need to thrive in the US economy. The designation also allows international students to apply for a 24-month extension of their Optional Practical Training, granting them the ability to work in the US for up to three years.

With sustainability integrated into the entire MBA core, you will master sustainability principles across essential business functions such as finance, marketing, and operations. Cohort Format

During your studies, you will be part of a residential cohort—a collaborative learning group. You will join a diverse, close-knit community that will become your network, support system, and an integral part of your education. Our program has a robust offering of business communication coursework embedded throughout the curriculum to help you become the most effective leader you can be. They focus on oral communication, listening skills, adaptability, written communication, and presentation skills.
