Flex Executive MBA

The Flex EMBA is intended to be a path for developing managerial and entrepreneurial skills as well as professional relationships, functional to the achievement of management positions.

The Flex EMBA is built around the concepts of:

Flexibility: the programme is flexible and adaptable to both personal needs and professional commitments, through a digital delivery method that envisages 70% of lessons through distance learning. The Flex EMBA offers an optimal balance between classroom training sessions, synchronous distance learning and ad hoc self-study materials.

Global perspective: The learning experience is inspired by international teaching methods, research centers and companies. The programme is structured to encourage the development of professional contacts at an international level. Moreover, participants will have an opportunity to participate in a Study Tour Abroad at an International business school partner of Luiss Business School.

Networking: The Flex Executive MBA is intended to be a context for each participant to develop their own professional network. Networking will be mostly organised during the periods in which the on-campus presence of participants in the programme is scheduled, in relation to the carrying out of the various training activities.
