Global Online Master of Business Administration

Our online masters is designed to work around your work and life commitments. It can be completed in two years with a recommended study week of up to 15 hours. Study wherever and whenever – all you need is a laptop and an internet connection. Using our Virtual Learning Environment  you will enjoy a programme of highly interactive live online seminars and presentations and have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of group tasks with your fellow students across the globe. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) comprises 180 credits. Students are expected to study 90 credits per year. Each 15-credit unit is normally delivered over an 8-week teaching period. Weeks 1 to 6 comprise taught input. Week 7 provides an opportunity for students to consolidate their learning before submitting the assessment in Week 8. The Professional Project unit is normally 16 weeks.

One of our key priorities is ensuring you have access to the support you need to complete your degree successfully. As soon as you enrol on a course, you will be introduced to the Student Success Team who you can turn to for non-academic guidance throughout your time with us. You will have access to a team of Student Success Information Advisors who will be your first point of contact for any non-academic questions and queries during your studies. The Student Information Advisors are also on hand to ensure you are on track with assessments and that you don’t miss any key dates. In addition, you will have a dedicated Student Success Progression Advisor who will check in with you regularly throughout your studies, at times that best suit you. Your Progression Advisor will help you settle into your first module and begin your online learning journey as well as providing regular guidance to support your progression and can connect you with other services that you might find useful.

Applying online couldn’t be easier. Your first step is to register on our online applicant portal and complete an application form. You’ll then need to prove your eligibility for the programme by uploading a photographic copy or scan of the following documents: • Certificate and/or transcripts evidencing your academic and/or professional qualifications e.g. degree certificate • Evidence of English language proficiency for non-native English speakers e.g. IELTS or free Pearson English test results • CV • Passport photo You will also be asked to complete a personal statement detailing your motivations for studying your chosen course with Manchester Metropolitan University Global Online. We will let you know if any additional documents are needed.

Our Admissions Team aim to assess all standard applications and let you know our decision within five working days of all required documents being uploaded to the online applicant portal.
