Cybersecurity encompasses protecting computer and network systems, ultimately safeguarding information, individuals, and policy adherence. This interdisciplinary nature drives this Executive Master program offered by PBS in a joint initiative with INESC TEC, the largest Portuguese research unit in information technologies.
The program will enable the individual: acquire in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and practices. Define strategies for protecting digital assets and addressing cybersecurity challenges. Be recognized by the industry, as cybersecurity expert. Connect with industry experts, mentors, and peers. Contribute to national and global cybersecurity efforts. Be part of ISACA's Free Student Membership program; Have access to a Mentoring Program: a leadership mentoring program to accelerate emerging Cybersecurity leaders development.
The program will allow the company to: Identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities and threats, lowering the risk of data breaches and cyberattacks. Improved readiness to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents. Adherence to cybersecurity regulations and standards, avoiding costly penalties. Participation in a collaborative ecosystem of academia, industry, and government for cybersecurity advancement.

In exceptional cases, applicants without a university degree may be admitted upon assessment of their academic curriculum and professional experience.
