Students are required to take 39
credits to graduate with a general MBA and 45 credits to graduate with a focus
area. We currently offer focus area in
Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Healthcare Administration, and
Marketing.
Online courses are 100% online, and
the work is asynchronous so you can access the assignments/lectures/etc. at any
time. Many professors are now hosting optional synchronous sessions to enhance
the learning experience. Our professors in the online program are about 80% the
same as our Amherst campus professors.
As an Online MBA student, each
semester you can choose whether you want to take an in-person course at one of
our satellite locations or a 100% online course . Isenberg
has two satellite locations in Massachusetts – Boston, and Shrewsbury. Here,
the core courses are offered on a rotational basis during the Fall and Spring
semesters (approx. 2 or 3 courses at each location each semester).
Students can complete the program in
as little as 2 years, but have up to 5 years to complete the program. Most
complete the program in about 3 years as they take 1-2 classes each semester.
You pay each semester for the classes
you take. Tuition is $925 per credit (regardless of residency), an estimated
tuition total would be $36,075 for a general MBA or $41,625 with a focus area.
