CEMS Master in International Management (MIM)

In today’s rapidly changing business world, companies demand smart, well-equipped, and responsible business leaders who will foresee problems, evaluate opportunities, and handle uncertainties. Both CEMS KOÇ Master of Science in International Management (CEMS KOÇ MIM), and Koç Master of Science in International Management (KOÇ MIM) aim to educate leaders of global economy by linking theory and practice. During their education at CEMS KOÇ MIM and KOÇ MIM, students broaden their perspectives, learn how to generate creative solutions, and address challenges.

A Diversified Curriculum 

CEMS KOÇ MIM and KOÇ MIM have diversified curricula that enable students to learn more about the field in which they are interested. We present students a wide range of elective courses ranging from Innovation Management to International Negotiations. 

Experiential Learning 

We build a bridge between theory and practice with the following essential elements of our curriculum:

• Internships abroad where students experience real life professional learning integrated into an organization’s culture and processes;

• Business Projects supervised by both a corporate and an academic coach where students solve a problem in the actual business world together with a Corporate Partner;

• Case Studies facilitating students’ learning through analysis of real life situations, involving strategic management and decision making.

We believe that our teaching methodology gives students the courage and confidence they need in a global business context.

• 1-year full-time non-thesis Master program in English  
• 1 semester in Istanbul and 1 semester abroad in one of our partner business schools that include Cornell, Bocconi, HEC Paris, LSE and more.

• Courses use the case study method, business projects supervised by corporate and academic coaches, and skill seminars led by corporate partners to learn more about the specific field in which you are interested in.
• 1-week block seminars bring together a diverse cohort of international students from all the partner schools for an intense period of cross-cultural communication and teamwork skill development.
