According to IBM, one in three business leaders don’t know how to take the data generated by their company and turn it into meaningful intelligence. This worrying gap in knowledge is already costing companies money and it’s only going to get worse as big data becomes more and more important, so it’s no surprise that companies are actively seeking graduates with the skills and ability to handle large amounts of data.

Demand for big data staff is set to increase by up to 23 percent per annum over the next five years, so studying an Online MBA program with a Data Analytics component promises to offer fantastic career opportunities and return on investment.
