Pablo Bulacio from the IAE tells us why he chose to do his MBA at the school and where it has led him.

1. What were your main reasons for deciding to attend IAE Business School?

My main reasons were the quality and history of IAE. IAE has an international recognition. Besides IAE has great interest in the ethical aspects of the business. It is the best business school of Latin American.

2. What research did you undertake in selecting your school?

In my case, I knew a lot of  the IAE since my brother studied the executive MBA in this institution, for which we conversed a lot of this theme. At the same time I investigated another's business schools, like IE (Spain) and CEMA and DI TELLA (Argentina), but I only applied  to IAE.

3. Did you consider an executive MBA?

Yes, I've considered doing an Executive, but I realize that they are very different programs. The executive MBA has been oriented to intermediate levels or junior executives. This program has a higher age and experience average, than I had.

4. What are the main benefits of studying your MBA at IAE?

The Benefits are:
-Have different point of view
-Capacity to analyze different situations.
-Teamwork
-Focalization to the studies
-To share experiences and knowledge with students
-Business ethics
-To analyze the business in global form, from the eyes of a CEO
-Network, business relationships and contacts

5. How are you financing your studies? Did you apply for any scholarships? Were you successful in obtaining a scholarship?

I pay 70% with personal savings and the 30% with a scholarship. The scholarship came from a private institution, I didn't apply the IAE's scholarships because I was late for the application.

6. What were you doing before your MBA?

Worked in BRAHMA (business that belongs to AMBEV group) as sales supervisor and before in Banking for Banco Rio, on of the major banks in Argentina.

7. How do you think the MBA will help you in your future career?

The MBA program changes my way of thinking and the expectations of my professional career. In addition, it helps me in my personal life. On the MBA I've found many tools and improved my abilities and capacities. Beyond all this baggage of knowledge,  I fortified my ethics values on the business world,  points I believe are key for the success in my professional and personal career.
