Our curriculum focuses on team-based learning and case-based discussions in an interactive environment. The MBA core courses teach students business fundamentals and our electives provide them with hands-on learning experiences inside and outside the classroom to practice new skills and develop as leaders. We offer 9 concentrations, 3 areas of focus, 6 project-based capstone course options and numerous applied learning opportunities. Students take on leadership roles with students clubs, the Non-Profit Board Fellows program, or the Leadership Fellows program, and also participate in several case competitions throughout the year. Our international residency program offers global consulting projects and an immersive experience.
Students engage with alumni through recruiting and mentoring, so that they can build their network and learn from successful alumni from diverse backgrounds and career paths.

There are 4 application rounds. Interviews are by invitation only and all candidates are considered for merit aid in the form of graduate assistantships (a tuition waiver + a monthly stipend) and scholarships (ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 per academic year). The Admissions Committee looks for self-aware, bright, accomplished team players with a strong sense of purpose who can think on their feet. Our program is very collaborative, collegial, and team-focused.

As a smaller program, our students receive a very personalized experience, both in the classroom and in the career search. Class size is between 60-75 students per year with a high degree of faculty/student interaction and elective courses typically have 10-25 students. With a student/staff ratio of 10:1, MBA program staff are dedicated to the success of our students.


The profile of the Class of 2023 shows just how diverse a program we have for a program of our size. With an average GMAT of 665, the class is comprised of 31% female, 19% U.S. minority, 29% international, and 8% military. With an average work experience of 40 months, our students represent a wide variety of academic, professional and socio-economic backgrounds.

We support our students through every step of the internship and full-time job search and that support starts even before entering the program! 100% of our students receive paid internships with an average weekly wage of $1,591 for the 10-week summer internship at companies across the U.S. The Class of 2021 earned the second highest average compensation (the Class of 2020 receiving the highest ever!) with 96% of the class receiving offers within 3 months of graduation. The average starting salary and bonus was $130,617, a more than 200% increase over their pre-MBA salaries.

All applicants are considered for merit-based aid. Merit-based aid awards include both graduate assistantships and scholarships and are renewable for the second year of the program. Graduate assistantships include a full tuition waiver and a monthly stipend of around $1,000 USD in exchange for a 13 hour per week work requirement supporting a Terry faculty member or program office.
