Executive Master of Global Management Overview

Thunderbird's Executive Master of Global Management program is designed for experienced professionals interested in broadening their global outlook and their worldwide network. Every course is taught from a global perspective, which prepares you to lead and manage people across borders and across all levels of an organization.

This program goes beyond the traditional executive-level business degree, offering you comprehensive instruction in global management disciplines, as well as cross-cultural communications, negotiations and international political economy.

The Executive Master of Global Management is 17 months in duration and is designed for experienced professionals wanting to further their career while maintaining employment. Class sessions are every other Friday and Saturday, an initial and graduation residency week, and two, one-week international field seminars. Classes are delivered in a hands-on, discussed-based format to promote immediately applicable learning.

Entry requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE (where necessary)
  • International experience 
  • Submission of online application

  • 8+ years of work experience 

International students will pay US$87,500 in tuition fees (however, admission requirements are the same as domestic students). 

Graduates have gone on to work for Intel, Boeing, Honeywell, American Express, Raytheon, IBM, Wells Fargo, and more.
