Admissions Criteria 

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree with an overall cumulative grade point average of a “B” based on all four years of study.

  • Two academic recommendations from Professors are required unless the candidate meets the work experience criteria, as defined in the “Application Process” section,  in which professional references may then be substituted.

  • The Sprott School requires that all applicants submit a GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) with a minimum score of 550 or an equivalent GRE (Graduate Record Exam) score. To calculate your equivalent GRE score, you can use the GRE Comparison Table for Business Schools.

  • Professional Resume

  • Those candidates who have been shortlisted may receive an invitation to participate in a video interview.

  • Proficiency in English

The GMAT is not waived regardless of cumulative grade point average, years of professional experience or number of degrees as it is a mandatory admission requirement.
Yes, we will accept the GRE in the place of the GMAT criteria so long as the GRE score is equivalent to the minimum requirement of 550 on the GMAT. Please refer to the following link to assist you in the conversion of GRE test scores. http://www.ets.org/gre/institutions/about/mba/comparison_tool/
No, while we welcome students with a range of work experience, the Sprott MBA includes an integrative experiential internship to ensure that all MBA graduates complete the program ready to succeed in the job market.
