The MFin professional program places significant emphasis on data analysis skills, which are increasingly crucial in the finance industry. Students will learn to analyze financial data, identify trends, and patterns, and make informed investment decisions using data-driven approaches.  

CFA® Program Focus

Course content covers in depth the CFA® Institute Chartered Financial Analyst Candidate Body of Knowledge, MFin graduates will be prepared to pursue a CFA® designation upon completion of their coursework. The CFA® designation is a global credential that gives you the flexibility to work anywhere in the world in a broad range of careers.

Internship & Professional Development

During the final term of the program, MFin students will complete a 16-week internship to build professional experience

*Candidates who possess two or more years of relevant financial industry experience may satisfy the MFin internship requirement once admitted to the program.

MFin students will have access to career services for career advising and support with job search, resume and cover letter writing, networking, and more. As a Sprott student, you will also have access to on- and off-campus networking events, and employer information sessions, as well as exclusive job and internship opportunities through Sprott’s career portal.
