Full-Time MBA Overview

With the EBS full-time MBA you gain an outstanding qualification to master the diverse challenges of international markets and to impact the business world both positively and sustainably by your responsible actions. Enhance your skills and learn to incorporate various functions, cultures, hierarchies and corporate correlations into your decisions as responsible manager.

The sixteen- or twenty-month programme is divided into various modules and concentrates on the following areas:

Business Administration // Leadership & Personal Development // Management // Strategy // Language & Culture //

Credits are earned in the form of case studies, project work and written examinations. The Master thesis is usually written after the 2nd semester, in the MBA plus Programme after the 3rd semester.

Our aim is to equip you with sound business administration expertise, intercultural and problem-solving skills in order to fully prepare you for management and leadership assignments.

Communication and conflict management strategies, presentation and moderation skills as well as successful negotiations are integral elements of your study programme. You learn what responsible leadership means, how to approach far-reaching change processes correctly and further develop your social skills.
