The IMD Executive MBA's
mission is to develop global leaders through a truly transformational 15-month
learning journey. This modular program, with only nine weeks out of the office,
is 100% execution-oriented, challenging executives to broaden their horizons by
learning more about business, about the global context and about themselves.
Learning is applied directly to their organization - in an industry and a
company where executives have gained both extensive experience and knowledge -
and where their exploration of business frameworks and practices provides an
accelerated and lasting impact on their career.
A global perspective is achieved by both living globalization through the
choice of three Discovery Expeditions, from a selection across five continents,
and working with a highly diverse and international group, with more than 30
nationalities, of senior executives in a class.
Leadership, a central pillar of the program, is all about self-discovery and
the ability to apply this awareness to lead responsibly. Participants
reflect and experiment with their own leadership style through team
simulations, experiential exercises, individual work and one-on-one coaching.
